General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded with Douvos GmbH. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an offer. You can place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct any input errors before submitting your binding order using the correction options in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent immediately after submitting the order by email.
The contract with us is concluded depending on the payment method selected:
Klarna Invoice
We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or by delivering the goods within two days.
Credit Card
By submitting the order you transmit your credit card details to us. After verifying that you are the legitimate cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal. After submitting the order we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
Sofort by Klarna
After submitting the order you will be redirected to the website of Sofort GmbH where you confirm the payment instruction. The contract is concluded when you confirm the payment.
Amazon Pay
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the Amazon website before completing the order. There you can select the shipping address and payment method stored with Amazon and confirm the payment instruction to Amazon. You will then be redirected back to our online shop to complete the order process. After submitting the order we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. We store the contract text and send you the order confirmation as well as our GTC by email. You can view the contract text in your customer login.
Delivery Conditions
Shipping information:
Domestic shipping (Germany):
Standard shipping: €4.90
Delivery time: 2–4 business days after receipt of payment
International shipping:
Within the EU: €7.90
Delivery time: 5–7 business days after receipt of payment
Outside the EU: €14.90
Delivery time: 7–14 business days after receipt of payment
Please note: For international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply which must be paid by the buyer.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Payment Methods
In our shop you generally have the following payment options available:
Credit Card:
By submitting the order you transmit your credit card details to us. After verifying that you are the legitimate cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be processed automatically by the credit card company and your card will be charged.
PayPal, PayPal Express:
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the PayPal website. To pay with PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, log in with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. After submitting the order we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
Sofort by Klarna:
After submitting the order you will be redirected to the website of Sofort GmbH. You must have a bank account with online banking functionality and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately and your account will be charged.
Amazon Pay:
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the Amazon website before completing the order. To make a payment via Amazon you must be registered there or register first, log in with your access data, select the payment and shipping address and confirm the payment instruction to Amazon.
Klarna Invoice:
In cooperation with Klarna AB we offer purchase on account as a payment method. Purchase on account is only available for consumers. You receive the goods first and have a payment period of 14 days. The full terms and conditions for purchase on account can be found here: [insert link].
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the carrier and contact us without delay. Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory warranty rights apply.
For used goods: If the defect occurs after one year from delivery, warranty claims are excluded. Defects that occur within one year from delivery may be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery.
Return and Exchange Policy
14-day return policy:
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Hygiene products (slips, thongs or bodysuits) can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still attached and undamaged.
How to initiate a return:
Contact us at info@douvos-contour.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you a return label if applicable.
Pack the items securely and include the return form.
Drop off your return at your nearest post office.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of your return. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
In the event of withdrawal, the buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Upon request we provide a return shipping label. The cost corresponds to the shipping costs depending on the shipping zone and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For orders containing multiple items, returns can be sent together. Multiple returns from the same order may each be subject to return shipping costs.
Exchange:
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size or style.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We are very sorry if you have received a damaged or incorrect item. Please send us an email within 7 days after receiving your order to info@douvos-contour.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Discounts and Promo Codes
Discounts and promo codes are only valid for the specified period and cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to already reduced items unless explicitly stated otherwise. Discounts are only valid while supplies last. The discount amount will be deducted from the total order value before shipping costs are calculated. There is no entitlement to apply discounts or vouchers retrospectively to orders that have already been completed.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be redeemed in the DOUVOS CONTOUR online shop. They are transferable but cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are only valid for purchasing products on our website. If the order value exceeds the amount of the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Liability
We are liable for damages caused by us or our agents through intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), whereby liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages and loss of profit is excluded. We do not guarantee the proper functioning of the online shop or the accurate representation of the products on our website. We are also not liable for loss of data unless this loss was caused by intentional or grossly negligent actions on our part.
Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform), which you can access at

We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. However, if you have a problem, please contact us directly so that we can find a solution together.
If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Final Provisions
German law shall apply. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. If you are a consumer residing in another country of the European Union, you may also rely on the mandatory provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
