Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (Germany):

  • Standard Shipping: €4.90 
    Delivery time: 2-4 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Within the EU: €7.90
    Delivery time: 5-7 business days.
  • Outside the EU: €14.90
    Delivery time: 7-14 business days.

Please note: International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

  • 14-Day Return Window: You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for panties, thongs, or bodysuits if the hygiene sticker is still attached. 

How to Make a Return:

  1. Contact us at douvos.contour@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a return label (if applicable).
  3. Pack the items securely and include the return form provided in your package.
  4. Drop off your return at your nearest postal service.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired size or style.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re so sorry if you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item! Please email us at douvos.contour@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
